| Your place on a Flattyres MTB skills Training course will only be confirmed on receipt of a completed Booking Form and full payment. Course Fees. Skills Training (full day) - £50pp Guiding (full day) - £25pp If Flattyres MTB is forced to cancel a course for unusual or unforeseeable circumstances you will be offered an alternative date or, if this is not acceptable, a full refund If you wish to cancel your place on a Flattyres MTB Skills course you must give notice in writing or by email. On receiving notice of your cancellation the following charges will apply: More than 28 days before course start date - 25% of course fee Between 28 and 15 days before course start date - 50% of course fee 14 days or less before the course start date - 100% of course fee You are responsible for arranging any accommodation Flattyres MTB accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss or theft of bicycles or other equipment or injury to the candidate which may occur as a result of cycling on or off road or whilst in transit in any vehicle or at any other time during the course. You must be 18 or over, or accompanied by a parent/guardian Any information provided by Flattyres MTB or its representatives is done so in good faith but without liability on behalf of Flattyres MTB or its representatives. |
