What should you expect on a Shop Ride?

'SOCIAL' Rides
Rides of around 20miles with the emphasis on getting out and having fun.
Basic mountain biking skills are necessary, but if you can comfortably make it around the
Blue and Red routes combined at Landegla, or the Marin Trail, you should have no problem
(that is not to say you will not be tired at the end).
Max No of Riders - 20

'BIG' Rides
Rides to test your skills on.  Good bike handling skills are mandatory, to a level were you are
comfortable with riding the MBR at Coed-y-Brenin.  Fitness wise you must be consistently at the
front on my 'Social' rides before considering attending.
For rides of over 30 miles you must be
able to complete routes such as my
Cadair Berwyn or
Ladybower Loop in 5hrs.
